PLEASE NOTE: I am currently not taking additional clients. I am the process of wrapping my business up as I am having a baby. Thanks for your understanding.

Dog Walking and Exercise

We all know that exercise is beneficial for people. For our pets, obesity is associated with a number of medical conditions such as osteoarthritis, cardiovascular disease, liver disease and diabetes. Regular walking can help your dog maintain a healthy weight, reduce risk of disease, build endurance and muscle tone.

A regular walk also makes a dog very happy – they love to check out the sights, smells and spending time outdoors. A dog that doesn’t receive enough exercise can easily become bored or destructive.

Regular exercise (at least 3o mins daily) is vitally important for our pets and is an essential part of being a responsible pet owner. However life does happen – we get busy and our time can be limited so sometimes walking and exercising the dog can be overlooked (You are not alone as I myself am guilty of this). In some cases, physical disabilities can hinder a persons ability to regularly exercise thier dog. This is where Paws ‘n’ Claws Pet Services can help!

I can come directly to your dog for a walk or exercise play (depending on your preference). That way you can feel comfortable knowing that your dog has been out to smell the roses and adequately exercised so you and your family can spend more quality time at home with your dog.
